2. Booking & Confirmation
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- A booking will only be considered confirmed once the required booking amount/advance has been received and confirmation has been provided by Iris by Binny.
- A consultation or enquiry does not automatically guarantee a booking.
- Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, including the wedding/event date, venue, contact details, and services required.
- Please ensure that your wedding date and timings are confirmed before making a booking.
3. Booking Amount & Payments
- A booking amount or advance may be required to secure your appointment.
- The remaining balance must be paid according to the payment schedule communicated at the time of booking.
- The booking amount may be non-refundable, subject to the cancellation policy agreed upon at the time of booking.
- Any additional services or expenses requested after confirmation may be charged separately.
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact Iris by Binny as early as possible.
- Cancellation and refund terms may depend on how much notice is provided.
- Rescheduling is subject to the artist’s availability.
- A new date cannot be guaranteed until it has been confirmed by Iris by Binny.
- If a client cancels after the booking has been confirmed, the booking amount may not be refundable.
- Any special cancellation or rescheduling terms communicated during booking will take precedence.
5. Travel & Location Charges
For makeup services provided at a location other than the designated studio/location:
- Travel charges may apply depending on the location.
- Additional charges may apply for early-morning bookings, outstation services, accommodation, transportation, parking, or other necessary expenses.
- Such charges will be communicated to the client before confirmation wherever reasonably possible.
6. Bridal Trial
If a bridal makeup trial is offered:
- A trial appointment may be booked separately and may carry an additional fee.
- The final bridal look may be adjusted according to the bride’s preferences, outfit, jewellery, hairstyle, lighting, and photography requirements.
- A trial does not automatically guarantee that a particular makeup look will be identical on the wedding day, as results can vary depending on skin condition, weather, lighting, and other factors.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to:
- Arrive on time for appointments.
- Provide accurate wedding/event information.
- Inform Iris by Binny in advance about any known skin sensitivities, allergies, or relevant concerns.
- Follow any preparation instructions provided before the appointment.
- Provide a clean, suitable, and adequately lit makeup area when services are provided at a venue.
- Inform the artist as soon as possible about any changes to the schedule or venue.
Late arrival may reduce the available makeup time and may affect the final look or schedule.
8. Allergies & Skin Sensitivity
Clients must inform Iris by Binny about any known allergies, sensitivities, reactions, or products they should avoid before makeup application.
While we take reasonable care when selecting and applying makeup products, Iris by Binny cannot guarantee that an allergic reaction or skin irritation will never occur.
Clients with known allergies or sensitive skin are encouraged to discuss their concerns before the appointment and, where appropriate, conduct a patch test.
9. Makeup Products
Iris by Binny may use professional makeup products selected according to the client’s skin type, desired look, weather conditions, and the nature of the event.
Product selection may change from time to time depending on availability and professional requirements.
10. Photography & Portfolio
With the client’s permission, Iris by Binny may photograph completed makeup looks for portfolio, website, social media, advertising, or promotional purposes.
If you do not wish your photographs to be used for promotional purposes, please inform us before or at the time of the appointment.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that the information on our website is accurate and up to date. However:
